Hot Code Summer After announcing a deeper partnership with Girls Who Code, Vonage are setting out to bridge the gender gap in the tech sector.
To address the persistent gender gap in technology, Vonage has expanded its partnership with the non-profit Girls Who Code. Driven by a strategy for authentic social impact, Vonage is co- delivering the Summer Pathways Program to offer high school girls hands-on coding experience in AI, cybersecurity, and API development. Vonage CMO Neelam Sandhu emphasises that providing practical education, increasing career awareness, and promoting visible female role models are essential steps to building a robust pipeline of female STEM talent.
