The thing about these people is that they don’t get together enough to share and network. It’s brilliant to see everyone here – everyone’s buzzing – and it’s such a privilege to be able to create this environment where they can do that and have fun together.

consistently outperformed the market over the last 6 years realising double digit growth on average every year, and if this
