McIvor joins esynergy Former Department for Education Chief Data Officer Neil McIvor will spearhead esynergy’s data offerings for government and public sector as Head of Data for Public Services. McIvor joins the business following nearly 7 years at the Department for Education (DfE), where he was Chief Data Officer. McIvor has an impressive 23-year career spanning five Government Departments, including time at the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in addition to his tenure at DfE. During this time, he has delivered impactful data, policy and operational solutions across government functions, earning recognition as a leading figure in data leadership within the UK public sector. At esynergy, McIvor will lead the

consultancy’s data work in public services, building programmes for the government to harness data to optimise performance, identify trends, uncover insights and make evidence- based decisions, with esynergy already a long-established technology partner for public sector organisations and government departments such as HMRC, CPS and HMPO. Illuminating Lightware’s Leadership

Lightware Visual Engineering, signal management and connectivity solutions provider, has announced several updates to its Enterprise team, aimed at enhancing its global Enterprise business operations. Craig McQueen, who previously served as Sales Director at Lightware UK, has been appointed as Director of Enterprise Sales for the EMEA region at Lightware Headquarters in Hungary. In his new role, McQueen will focus on managing relationships with Enterprise clients in the EMEA region, developing Lightware’s business through direct end-user engagement, promoting the Enterprise Partner Program, supporting local sales teams with large local or multiregional projects involving Enterprise customers, and overseeing the successful deployment of large-scale projects across different regions. McQueen expressed his enthusiasm about the new role, stating, “I am excited to lead Lightware’s Enterprise Sales efforts across EMEA during this period of

significant growth and innovation.” McQueen will continue to oversee key end-users and Enterprise relationships managed from the UK, and he is certain to be seen at Lightware’s London Experience Centre in the near future. McQueen joins Michael “Moose” Adams, who has held the position of Director of Enterprise Sales for the US region since April 2023. Adams brings a wealth of experience and has been spearheading efforts to expand Lightware’s presence and relationships within the American market. His proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships, has been invaluable as Lightware continues to expand its footprint in the US. Additionally, Péter Vida steps into the role of Enterprise Sales Manager. Vida will provide essential support to Lightware’s regional sales teams and Enterprise Team with Enterprise Partner projects and will support global rollouts for Enterprise customers and serve as a liaison between Lightware’s regional offices and HQ departments.
