Shure unveiled the Microflex Advance MXA901 Conferencing Ceiling Array Microphone, boasting a sleek, low-profile design and available in white, black, and aluminium finishes.

Zone Automatic Coverage Technology, onboard IntelliMix DSP, and certification for popular collaboration platforms. Additionally, Shure previewed Designer 6.0, a redesigned configuration software, offering improved workflows and user experience. The new Designer software boasts intuitive design, effortless collaboration, and enhanced security features. Both MXA901 and Designer 6.0 will be available from February and Spring 2024 respectively.

Big Three team up for better experience

Cisco, Microsoft, and Samsung have collaborated to announce new meeting room solutions aimed at enhancing collaboration experiences for hybrid meetings. These solutions include integrated video

inclusive meetings, addressing the increasing demand for high-quality audio and video in meeting spaces. The partnership aims to provide immersive views, advanced AI-powered collaboration, simplified management and deployment, increased scalability, and seamless interoperability. Key benefits include lifelike, immersive meeting experiences, advanced camera and audio capabilities, simplified management through Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Cisco Control Hub, and seamless interoperability between Microsoft Teams and Webex meetings. The products are generally available, with Cisco’s support for 21:9 displays starting in March 2024.
