I would suggest there are some steps to creating a hybrid working model that is unique for your business and allows users to get into a routine. The first step would be to listen to your users and employees and get feedback on how they want to work. This will allow you to use that data to make a plan, the plan should include choice and flexibility with the person at the heart of the plan. As each person is different, providing a framework of choice allows the individual to define a routine that works for them. Then continue to communicate and evolve as technology changes. What are the future technologies you’ve got your eye on? I think the concept of BYOD vs Native Rooms has been an interesting discussion point in the last few years but this year it will be fascinating to see how Microsoft will embrace and integrate BYOD partners into that room experience. Ultimately, the main objective is to use AI & IoT Sensors, improved data and analytics to improve the user experience in the office to give users and employees more choices and flexibility.
