SmartCIC appoints Bosch and Valverde

SmartCIC Global Services, a global managed service provider, has appointed Albert Bosch as its Managing Director to grow its global sales and position it as the leading connectivity partner for carriers and service providers. Bosch joins SmartCIC Global Services from Expereo and he will be responsible for optimising team structures and expanding internal systems and processes. Additionally, Bosch is tasked with accelerating SmartCIC’s journey as a challenger brand in the connectivity space and supporting its position as a channel partner for carriers and service providers delivering digital solutions for the largest and most innovative enterprises. Valverde brings extensive experience in AI, IoT, and product development from her time at Telefonica, O2 and Vodafone to the newly launched xvolv brand and will lead the development, productisation and delivery of xvolv’s artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions. She has more than two decades of experience in generating business value through innovation and is an expert in data science, Big Data and Analytics, AI, Internet of Things (IoT), as well as fixed and wireless connectivity. xvolv has just been launched as the go-to-market brand for SmartCIC Technologies.

Stijn Ooms (Director of Product Strategy) is celebrating his 25th year as part of the Crestron family. Ooms joined the team full-time in 1999 after first working as a student. In August 1999, he started in tech support under Charles Hazelhoff and quickly expanded his skills into training and IT.
