Project Audio Visual Welcomes Four

Project Audio Visual (PAV) welcomes Devin Westdijk, Shania Chandra, Chris Godsalve and Mitch Lambert, delivering AV solutions across UK and Europe. Shania is PAV’s new e-commerce executive, the company’s first digital hire specifically for the AVIT Direct brand. Chandra will work to optimise the customer experience for AVIT Direct’s new e-commerce platform. Chris is PAVs new Business Development Manager for the UK. With over 21 years of experience at Computacenter, Yealink and DTEN, Chris brings an exceptional track record of building trust, driving growth, and delivering real results, and will play a key role in shaping the future of hybrid meeting spaces and raising the bar for customer experiences. Mitch has joined in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, having previously worked at SmartComm, and he has a track record of delivering excellence across major AV projects. From site walkarounds to streamlining workflows and fine-tuning technology, Mitch thrives at the intersection of people, process and performance.

Based in Rochester, Mitch is already making a significant impact across PAVs project portfolio, and he works both on site and remote for clients. Devin takes on the role of business development manager at Project Audio Visual, Netherlands, and is known for building cross-border client relationships and following a global approach in local roles. Previously working as international liaison for Van Domburg, part of the Midwich Group, Devin will work alongside Leroy Seket, and support PAV’s expansion across Europe by supporting other AV companies in need of a European partner. Steve Hudson, COO, Project Audio Visual, commented: “Each of these new hires brings something unique to the table - a new perspective, a fresh skillset, or decades of experience. But what they all share is a passion for people, for solving problems and for driving better outcomes for our customers. That’s what we’re about at Project Audio Visual and that’s how we’ll keep growing, innovating and raising the bar.”
